EMDR Intensive
More time. More space. Focused support.
EMDR intensives offer an extended, focused format for clients who want dedicated time to work on trauma, anxiety, distressing life experiences, or patterns that feel difficult to shift.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-focused therapy that helps the brain process distressing experiences that may continue to affect how you think, feel, and respond in the present.

A 4-hour intensive provides dedicated time to focus on a specific treatment goal or trauma target without the time constraints of a traditional therapy session. The intensive may include preparation and resourcing, EMDR processing, breaks for regulation, and time for grounding and integration.
Best suited for: Clients who want more time for focused processing while still maintaining a manageable, half-day format.
-
An extended day dedicated to your healing.
A 6-hour intensive provides additional space for clients who are looking for a more concentrated therapeutic experience. The day is structured around your individual treatment needs and may allow for work with multiple related aspects of a treatment target while maintaining intentional breaks and opportunities for regulation.
Best suited for: Clients who feel ready for a deeper, extended treatment experience and have the emotional capacity and stability to participate in a longer session.
-
Dedicated space for deeper, focused therapeutic work.
A 2-day intensive provides the most comprehensive intensive format, allowing treatment to unfold across two dedicated days rather than trying to fit the work into a single extended session. Each day includes intentional preparation, processing, breaks, regulation, and closure.
The two-day format can provide additional flexibility to address interconnected treatment targets while allowing time between sessions for rest, reflection, and integration.
